Missing person appeal at Scarborough

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Strathfield, who was last seen at Scarborough, near Wollongong.

Sakithivel Loganathan, aged 28, was reported missing to police at Auburn on Sunday night (15 September 2019).

Subsequent investigations revealed he was last seen at Scarborough Railway Station, near Wollongong, about 3pm on Sunday (15 September 2019).

He has been sighted at that location on CCTV wearing a grey jacket, dark blue tracksuit pants and a dark blue t-shirt with white stripes.

Police and the family of Mr Loganathan, an Indian National, are concerned for his welfare.

He has no known associates in the Wollongong area and it is unknown why he is in that area. He has not used his bank account since Sunday.
