Missing person appeal in Arncliffe

Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for a missing woman and her grandson, NSW Police say.

About 9.15am on Sunday 17 April 2016, Laura Stavron, aged 77, left her home in Arncliffe to attend church in either Kogarah or Gymea, with her disabled grandson, George Kondilis aged 35.

Police have been told the pair was last seen driving around the Kingsford area in silver Nissan Tiida with registration CEM-02T, about 10.15am on Monday 18 April 2016.

Mrs Stavron is being described to police as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, of slim build, approx 155cm tall, with red hair.

Mr Kondilis is being described to police as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, short and of large build with a shaved brown head.

Police hold concerns for welfare for both as they each have a number of medical conditions.
