Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wonthaggi man John Jones.
The 67-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Graham Street about 5.30am this morning.
Police and family have concerns for John's welfare due a medical condition.
John is Caucasian in appearance with short brown hair and a thin build.
He was last seen wearing an orange and brown shirt, blue jeans and was barefoot.
Investigators have released an image of John in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees John is urged to contact Wonthaggi Police Station on 03 5671 4100.
