Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Glenroy man, Peter Georges
The 50-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Epping at 4.20pm on 10 October.
Police have concerns for Peter's welfare due to a medical condition.
Peter is 170cm tall, medium build with grey hair.
Peter is known to frequent the Preston, Reservoir, Glenroy area.
Investigators have released an image of Peter in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Peter or has information is urged to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
