Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Zoe Chapman
The 18-year-old was last seen at a licensed premise in Lauderdale Road, Narre Warren on 24 November.
Police and family have concerns for Zoe's welfare due to a medical condition.
Zoe is known to frequent the Cranbourne and Clyde North areas.
Investigators have released an image of Zoe in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Zoe is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on (03) 5991 0600.
