Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Reservoir man Tan Luc Huynh.
The 61-year-old was last seen leaving a premises on George Street on Monday 13 July about midday.
Police hold concerns for Tan's welfare due to a medical condition.
Tan was last seen wearing black track pants.
Police have released an Image of Tan in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen Tan or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Reservoir Police Station on 9460 6744.
