An elderly woman missing from Sydney's northwest has been located safe and well.
The 83-year-old woman was last seen in Rhodes about 12pm yesterday (17 November 2022).
When she could not be located by family members, officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, a member of the public recognised the woman from a geo-targeted message in Five Dock a short time ago.
She was taken to Five Dock Police Station and has been reunited with her family.
Police thank the community and media for their assistance.
