Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Nana Bismyf.
The 22-year-old was last seen in Sydenham about 2pm on Thursday 10 December.
Police hold concerns for Nana's welfare due to an ongoing medical condition and the length of time he has been missing.
Nana is described as 175cm tall, with a large build and short black hair.
Investigators have released an image of Nana in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Nana or with information is urged to call Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
