Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hawthorn teenager Evie.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Hawthorn yesterday about 5pm.
Police and family have concerns for Evie due to her age and she has a medical condition.
Evie was last seen wearing a grey jacket and grey tracksuit pants.
Police have released an image of Evie and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Camberwell Police Station on (03) 9882 0688.
