Police appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Chadstone girl Hannah Moody.
The 15-year-old was last seen at a Markham Reserve in Ashburton about 3.00pm on 30 September.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and her disappearance is out of character.
Hannah is Caucasian in appearance, about 160cm tall with a skinny build and straight black hair.
Investigators have released a photo of Hannah in the hope someone may recognise her and be able to provide information on her current whereabouts.
She was last seen wearing a black white and red jacket, black jeans and black runners, and was possibly carrying a white duffel bag.
She is known to frequent the Chadstone and Ashburton area.
