Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jett Matthews.
The 14-year-old was last seen at his Glen Waverley residence about 8.20pm on Sunday 19 April.
Police and family have concerns for Jett's welfare due to his age.
Jett is Caucasian, 170cm tall, thin, with a fair completion and brown hair.
Investigators have released an image of Jett in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jett is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555.
