Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jordan Van Stravern.
The 13-year-old was last seen in Pascoe Vale about 11.30pm on 28 September.
He has not been in touch with family or friends since.
Police have concerns for Jordan's welfare due to his age and length of time he has been missing.
He is described as 170cm tall, slim build with brown hair.

Police have released an image of Jordan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Jordan is urged to contact Brunswick Police Station on 8378 6000.
