Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cranbourne teen, Liam Thorn.
Liam was last seen on Sarno Court on 6 August about 1.30pm.
Police and family hold concerns for him due to a medical condition and the time he has been missing.
The 15-year-old is described as Caucasian in appearance, 175cm tall with a slim build and brown hair with blue highlights.
Liam is known to frequent the Cranbourne, Frankston and Langwarrin areas.
Investigators have released an image of Liam in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Liam is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 03 599 0600.
