Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Naitatua Moetaua.
The 13-year-old was last seen on 1 November at a an address in Eastcott Street, Tarneit about 2pm.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Naitatua is described as having an olive complexion, is 165cms in height, thin build, with long dark hair with blonde through the front, brown eyes and has a nose piercing.
She was wearing a grey hoodie jumper, black denim skirt, slides and carrying a pink bag.
She is known to frequent the Werribee and Altona areas.
Police have released an image of Naitatua in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
