Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Corrorooke teenager Skye Luppino.
The 14-year-old was last seen about 3pm on 15 November at her Corangamite Lake Road home.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
Skye is known to frequent Corrorooke.
An image of Skye has been released in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Skye is urged to contact Colac Police Station on 5230 8200.
