Missing teenage girl, Parkwood

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing teenage girl from Parkwood.

The girl (pictured below) was last seen on Tuesday, May 4 at around 7.45am leaving a Parkwood address.

Police and family hold concerns for the girl's welfare due to her young age and as she suffers from a medical condition.

Police are appealing for the girl or anyone that knows her whereabouts to contact police.
