Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Reservoir teen Chelsea Gradzki.
The 16-year-old was last seen at an address on Tarcoola Avenue, Meadow Heights about 11.30pm on 11 March.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
She is known to frequent the Meadow Heights and Reservoir areas.
Police have released an image of Chelsea in the hope that someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Chelsea is asked to contact Broadmeadows Police Station on 9302 8222.
