Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Joel Samuriwo.
The 16-year-old was last seen leaving Sunshine Hospital on Furlong Road, St Albans on 14 February about 10.45am.
He was last seen wearing a red Nike t-shirt, a grey Champion hooded jumper and blue jeans.
Joel is known to frequent the Dandenong and Sunbury areas.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he requires medication.
An image of Joel has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Joel or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Sunbury Police Station on 9744 8111.
