Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Kane Cooper.
The 15-year-old was last seen in North Bendigo about 4pm on 31 March.
Kane is described as 188cm tall, brown curly hair, blue eyes, slim build and was wearing a blue cap, white t-shirt, black shorts and Nike runners.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Kane in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
