Missing teenager Latrell Dwyer

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Latrell Dwyer.

The 13-year-old was last seen at the intersection of Narre warren Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East at 9pm on 16 November.

He is described as 175cm tall, thin build with dark wavy hair and was wearing a dark green hooded top with the Champion logo, black pants and black shoes.

He is known to frequent the Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Frankston areas.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age.

Investigators have released an image of Latrell in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Latrell is asked to call Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
