Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Leah Spengler.
The 15-year-old was last seen about 2pm on 9 October at the Sunshine Market Place in Sunshine.
Police have concerns for Leah's welfare due to her age.
An image has been released in the hope someone recognises Leah and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Leah is Caucasian in appearance with a solid build and is 167cm tall with brown shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing camouflage pants, black Nike shoes and a baseball cap.
Leah is known to frequent the Werribee, Sunshine or Melbourne CBD areas.
Anyone who sees Leah or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
