Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Traralgon teenager Jye Hill.
The 13-year-old was last seen at an address on Princes Street on 6 November.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, 155cm tall, thin build and has short light brown hair.
Investigators have released a photo of Jye in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
