Police are appealing for the community's assistance to help locate missing Truganina woman Barbara.
The 88-year-old is understood to have left a medical facility on Victoria Parade in Fitzroy on 14 June at 8.50am.
Police and family have concerns for Barbara's welfare due to her age and the length of time that she has been missing.
Barbara is described as being 150cm tall, with a slim build and short white hair.
Investigators have released an image of Barbara in the hope someone may have seen her.
Anyone with information about Barbara whereabouts is urged to contact Wyndham North Police Station on 8734 1100.
