Police are appealing for information over a woman and her baby missing from Fairfield, NSW Police say.
Faith Ingley, 19, was last seen at Fairfield Hospital with her 10-month-old daughter at 8am on Tuesday 22 August 2017.
Police and her family hold concerns for her health and welfare.
Faith has been described as of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, 170cm tall and with straight black hair. It is believed she is 35 weeks pregnant.
Faith was last seen wearing a hooded grey cardigan, black tights and black knee-high boots.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Fairfield Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
