Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Chantelle Choueiri.
The 26-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Epping about 11am this morning.
Police and family have concerns for Chantelle's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Chantelle is described as Caucasian with long blonde hair and a medium build.
She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey leggings.
Police have released an image of Chantelle in the hope someone may have seen her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Chantelle is urged to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
