Police are appealing for public assistanc to help locate missing woman Jacinta Harbottle.
The 44-year-old was last seen in Melton on 28 April about midday and was driving her Nissan X-Trail.
She is described as having long straight brown hair with blonde tips, slim build and was wearing a black jacket with black leggings and black runners.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Jacinta in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
