A woman missing from Wollongong has been located safe after police issued an appeal for assistance.
The 24-year-old was last seen leaving a home in College Place, Gwynneville, about 12.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 12 October 2022).
When she could not be located, officers attached to Wollongong Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate her.
Following a public appeal for information, the woman was located in Killalea State Park, Shell Cove, just before 11am today (Thursday 13 October 2022).
She is being treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
