Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Melissa Vlachos.
The 31-year-old was last seen in Altona North about 1.30pm on 29 April.
She is described as 165cm tall with a solid build and long brown hair and was wearing black leggings, black runners and a dark coloured jacket.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.
Melissa is known to frequent the Hobsons Bay area.
Police have released an image of Melissa in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
