Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Nicollette Thomas.
The 28-year-old was last seen in the Ferntree Gully area on Wednesday 18 March.
Police and family hold concerns for Nicollette's welfare due to the time she has been missing and a medical condition.
Nicollette is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Dandenong, Langwarrin and Ferntree Gully areas.
Police have released an image of Nicollette in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Nicollette is urged to contact Knox Police Station on 9881 7000.
