Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 17-year-old woman reported missing from Redbank Plains yesterday.
Grace Foster (pictured) was last seen around 5.15pm on Cardwell Street.
Police hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
Grace is believed to be travelling to the Burpengary and Narangba area and may be utilising public transport.
She is described as Caucasian in appearance, solid build, approximately 155cm tall, black hair with blue ends.
She was last seen wearing green shorts, black t-shirt, pink jumper, wearing socks with no shoes and carrying a grey satchel.
