Families in Mitchell Shire will soon have access to more kinder hours each week with the introduction of Pre-Prep. This exciting initiative ensures more opportunities for young children to learn through play, setting a strong foundation for their early education.
To help families understand the benefits of Pre-Prep and how to access additional kinder hours in 2026, a dedicated information booth will be set up at Wallan Market on Saturday 14 June 2025. Parents and caregivers can speak directly to the team, learn more about enrolments, and even pick up a free lunchbox as a takeaway gift.
Enrolments for Pre-Prep in 2026 are now open, and families are encouraged to enquire about securing a place.
