Motorcycle rider seriously injured in crash - Canley Heights

A man remains in a serious condition after a motorcycle and car crash in Sydney's west overnight.

Just after 6pm (Saturday 5 June 2021), emergency services were called to the Cumberland Highway, Canley Heights following reports of a crash between a motorcycle and a Honda Odyssey.

Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.

The rider – a 29-year-old man – was treated at the scene before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.

The driver – a 66 year-old man – was not injured and has undergone mandatory testing.

Officers established a crime scene.
