Motorcyclist arrested following crash at Glengowrie, SA

Police have arrested a learner driver following a crash at Glengowrie overnight, according to SA Police.

Just after 1am on Saturday 24 September, a motorcyclist failed to stop at a driver testing station on Diagonal Road at Glenelg East.

A patrol left the station as the rider was seen to turn into Baker Street where he crashed his Honda motorcycle into a the rear of a parked car.

The 20-year-old from Salisbury was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre to be medically assessed.

He is expected to be charged later today with failing to stop at a driver testing station and aggravated due care.
