Motorcyclist critical after crash at Gilles Plains, SA

A motorcyclist is in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition following a crash yesterday afternoon at Gilles Plains, according to SA Police.

At about 3.45pm, police and ambulance crews were called to North East Road near Cameron Avenue after reports that a motorcycle had collided with a parked car.

The rider a 26-year-old man was treated at scene before being taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.

Major Crash investigators attended the scene and are examining the circumstances surrounding the crash.

North East Road was blocked for up to four hours before the road was cleared.
