Motorcyclist dies after crash - Wahroonga

A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Sydney's north today.

About 7.45pm this evening (Friday 17 December 2021), emergency services were called to the Comenarra Parkway, approximately 400 metres east of Fox Valley Road, Wahroonga, following reports a motorcycle and a hatchback collided.

NSW Ambulance paramedics assisted the male rider; however, he died at the scene.

He is yet to be formally identified.

The female driver of the hatchback was uninjured and taken to Hornsby Hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers attached to Ku-Ring-Gai Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
