A 35 year old man from Prospect has been charged with murder in relation to the death of a man at Summerhill, Tasmania Police say.
It will be alleged that the 35 year old murdered 56 year old Peter John Fitzgerald at his unit in Kerry Court, Summerhill, in the early hours of this morning.
Investigations into the matter are progressing with three crime scenes still being forensically examined.
The alleged offender will appear before the Launceston Magistrates Court at 11am tomorrow morning.
