Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Nathan Jules Downing, Victoria Police say.
Nine warrants have been issued for the 24-year-old’s arrest in relation to theft and traffic related matters.
Downing is Caucasian in appearance, about 175cm tall with straight, black shoulder-length hair and a fair complexion.
He has a fish tattoo on his left forearm, a bluebird tattoo on his right forearm, a bone tattoo on the back of one of his hands and a ring tattoo around each of his fingers on his left hand.
Investigators believe Downing has no fixed address and may frequent the Boronia and Taylors Hill areas.
Police have released an image of Downing in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
