National Desexing Network and City of Greater Bendigo launch Cooperative Cat Desexing Program with urgent call to desex cats

The National Desexing Network (NDN) and the City of Greater Bendigo have launched a subsidised desexing program this month to help prevent hundreds of unwanted cats and kittens.

The program will see eligible residents in the Greater Bendigo area pay just $55 to desex their male cats and $65 for female cats, while subsidy funds last. To help those who have many cats, additional female cats will be $50.

Greater Bendigo Mayor Cr Margaret O'Rourke said this is a fantastic program that will assist residents in need, to desex their cats and be responsible pet owners.
