Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX:NEU) has announced the appointment of Joe Basile as an independent non-executive director.
Mr Basile has held a number of executive roles in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years, most recently as the chief financial officer of iNova Pharmaceuticals based in Singapore and prior to that with Novartis in senior finance leadership and commercial sales leadership roles in Australia and Asia.
Mr Basile has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital management and overseeing expansion activities across multiple countries with a sharp focus on shareholder value creation.
