Council wishes to advise residents and motorists of changed traffic conditions and reduced speed limits in Mooroopna, due to upcoming night works.
These works are part of the GV Link Enterprise Park project and will allow for watermain installation.
This follows the recent successful installation of sewer main during night works earlier this week.
The works schedule is as follows:
- Toolamba Road and Midland Highway intersection
- Between the hours of 8pm and 5am, weather permitting.
- Between Sunday 1 March to Friday 6 March 2026 and Tuesday 10 March to Friday 13 March 2026
Traffic management, including partial road closures and reduced speed limits, will be in place during this time. Access to local properties will be maintained, however some driveway excavation works may be required with access reinstated as soon as possible.
Motorists are advised to follow signage and take care when travelling in the area.
