Do you know an exceptional sports club or individual who deserves to be acknowledged for their efforts in community sport?
Nominations are now open for the annual Boroondara Sports Awards. The awards recognise local sports clubs, their volunteers and members for the important role sports clubs play in health and wellbeing, increasing participation in physical activity and social connection.
Sports clubs, volunteers and members can nominate under six award categories:
- Inclusive Club of the Year
- Innovative Club of the Year
- Collaborative Club of the Year
- Club Person of the Year
- Young Club Person of the Year
- Lifetime Achievement
You can nominate a person or club online.
Applications close at 5 pm on Friday 24 June 2022.
Winners will be awarded at the Boroondara Sports Award presentation on Monday, 5 September 2022 at Hawthorn Arts Centre.
