Nominations are now open for up to five positions on the New Zealand Mining Board of Examiners.
WorkSafe is seeking people with extractives industry knowledge, experience and leadership in one or more of the following areas:
- operations
- health and safety inspections
- education and industry training.
Appointments are for three years.
There are six scheduled meetings a year (three online, three in person in Wellington). There may also be occasional ad hoc meetings and Board members may also be called upon to participate in various working groups or sub-committees.
