Sea and aerial searching for an overdue vessel in North West Tasmania will temporarily suspend overnight, with police vessels and aircraft concluding at sundown and resuming at first light tomorrow morning.
Police will continue to patrol the coastline overnight for any sign of flare sighting or emergency signal from the vessel.
