Notice to Appear for two officers in South Eastern Region, QLD

A 48-year-old male Senior Sergeant has been served with a Notice to Appear for two charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle following an incident at Pacific Pines on May 17, 2015.  The officer will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on September 29, 2016. The officer is currently suspended, Queensland Police say.

A 50-year-old male Senior Constable has been served with a Notice to Appear for one charge of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm or other malicious acts and one charge of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle following an incident at Pacific Pines on May 17, 2015. The officer will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on October 12, 2016.  The officer is currently suspended.
