Greater London topped the table of regional applications with 411,231
HM Land Registry completed 1,888,068 applications in November compared with 2,089,280 in October 2025 and 1,943,101last November 2024, of which:
315,721 were applications for register updates compared with 339,881 in October
1,069,299 were applications for an official copy of a register compared with 1,178,185 in October
210,324 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared with 228,940 in October
85,594 were transactions for value compared with 90,427 in October
18,993 were postal applications from non-account holders compared with 18,714 in October
