Graduates from any degree and discipline are encouraged to apply for the NSW Government Graduate Program within two years of completing their degree.
In February 2019, NSW Government welcomed over 180 new graduates. In total, around 500 graduates are currently employed by the NSW Government and are working to deliver better outcomes for the people in NSW.
For the 2016 cohort, 80 per cent of graduates remained in the public sector after completing the NSW Government Graduate Program.
