NSW police appeal to locate missing Armidale teenager

Police are appealing for information to help locate a teenage girl missing from the New England Region of NSW, NSW Police say.

Benika Dunn, 16, was last seen at her family home in Armidale on the evening of Thursday 14 December, 2017.

She suffers from a medical condition for which she requires ongoing medication.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age, medical condition and Benika having no access to money.

Benika’s disappearance is considered to be out of character. She has ties to the Kempsey, Bellbrook, Inverell and Glen Innes areas.

She is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, thin build, 170cm, dyed blonde/orange hair which is normally in a bun or pony tail.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
