NSW police employee charged

A civilian employee attached to a specialist command has been charged with breaching an apprehended violence order, NSW Police say.

About 2.30pm yesterday (Monday 10 September 2018), police arrested a 42-year-old man at Revesby, after receiving information he had breached an apprehended violence order.

The man was taken to Bankstown Police Station and charged with breach of apprehended violence order and breach of bail.

He is due to appear at Bankstown Local Court today (Tuesday 11 September 2018).

His current work status is under review.
