Police are investigating after a robbery in Yagoona yesterday, NSW Police say.
Just before 5.00pm yesterday, emergency services were called to a pharmacy on the Hume Highway at Yagoona, following reports of a robbery.
Police have been told a man entered the store and threatened staff, demanding money before fleeing with cash.
A crime scene was established at the location.
No one was physically injured in the incident.
Officers from Bankstown Local Area Command investigating the incident have released a CCTV image today of a man they wish to speak to who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The man is described as being in his late 20s or early 20s with dark olive skin and about 165-170cm tall with a medium build. In the images he is seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black tracksuit pants, black gloves and sunglasses. He is seen carrying a black bag with light, possibly gold, writing on it.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
