The 56-year-old Senior Constable, attached to the Central Metropolitan Region, has been issued with a Court Attendance Notice in relation to one count of ‘use carriage service to menace, harass, offend’ after a search warrant was executed by AFP officers at his residence in south-west Sydney.

The matter has been listed for mention in the Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on Tuesday 6 November 2018.

The officer is not currently performing duties and will have his employment status reviewed.
